I’m with Norzan, why does every RPG have to slavishly be another D2 clone? It was groundbreaking at the time, but now it’s old, clunky and downright irritating. Would be the same for me with mercenaries, I simply wouldn’t use them no matter how handicapped it might make my builds. Doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy playing the game though. I want permanent ones, not ones I have to keep casting every few seconds. I don’t use timed auras/buffs for example. Well, I do that anyway probably because some skills I simply will not use. ![]() If it’s not good enough to use, then it’ll be a massive waste of time. If it’s good enough to use, then it’s good enough that you’d be handicapping yourself by not using it. The thing is, a feature like that is either good enough to use, or it isn’t.
